Is it really double drawn?
Yes, by hand. Short strands are removed before the weft is sewn, so the ends are as full as the top. Hold a bundle up to the light and look at the tips.
Does it shed?
A few strands at the weft when it is first cut are normal. The hair itself does not shed or tangle, because each bundle comes from one donor with the cuticles running the same way.
Can I dye or bleach it?
Bodywave and Boho Strands take dye and bleach evenly. Bone Straight is steam-pressed for its finish, so colour it by all means, but leave bleaching to a professional.
How many bundles do I need?
Two for 8" to 16", three for 18" to 26", four for 28" and above. Boho bulk: two for shoulder length, three for a full head. Ask on WhatsApp with a photo if you are unsure.
How long does delivery take?
Nigeria in 2 to 4 days, the rest of Africa in 10 days, the United States in 7 days, tracked. Delivery is already in the price. Import duty charged by your country is not.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Inspect it promptly and contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, what is wrong, and clear photos or video of the product, packaging and labels. Do not install, alter or wash it while we review. Once the issue is verified we put it right, and return shipping on our error is ours.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, as long as the hair is unused and unaltered with all original packaging, labels, bands, ties and lace intact. Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back; return shipping is yours. For hygiene reasons, hair that has been installed, worn, washed, cut, coloured or otherwise used cannot be returned. The full policy is at valourhair.com/returns.
